PERANCANGAN BUKU FOTOGRAFI MALANG CHINESE CUISINE SEBAGAI NILAI HISTORIS DAN RUJUKAN DESTINASI KULINER DI KOTA MALANG

Kota Malang merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia yang menyajikan masakan khas China, tetapi dengan adanya tempat makan baru, depot-depot menjual Chinese akan tidak diketahui keberadaanya. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu media promosi untuk dapat mempromosikan tersebut sehingga oleh orang-orang. Maka dari itu, dibuatlah perancangan buku fotografi berjudul Cuisine, tujuan chinese food berada Malang, khususnya wisatawan luar kota, maupun negeri range umur 35-44. Perancangan ini menghasilkan sebuah foto-foto depot dan juga makanannya, beserta informasi singkat mengenai sejarah makanan-makanannya, berupa berukuran 20x20cm, beberapa pendukung lainnya seperti t-shirt, totebag, tumbler, cap, bookmark social media. memperoleh data melalui metode kualitatif dianalisis dikategorikan menjadi dua yaitu primer sekunder. Data-data proses analisis reduction, display conclusion. Selain konsep perancangannya tahapan kreatif, strategi program kreatif biaya pada akhir nya dilanjutkan final desain produksi, tersebut.
